PMI Turn Key NJ is a Central NJ-based property management company owned and operated by Nick and Denise Schiera. We have been involved in real-estate since 2013 as real estate investors buying as-is homes, rehabbing and beautifying the neighborhoods. In 2016, we purchased our first vacation property and started managing short term rentals. We specialize in Community Association property management services for the Central NJ area. We are part of the fastest-growing property management franchise in the industry with over 13 billion dollars under management, which includes 20,000 residential and commercial doors nationwide.
Our Community Association property management includes financial management, collecting assessments, facilities management, risk management and board advisement. Nicholas Schiera is a licensed real estate agent with HomeSmart Realty and has operated two franchises in the past 22 years. He has been a real estate investor for 10 years and is a managing partner in a real estate investment company. Prior to that, he held accounting roleson Wall Street. He holds a MBA in Finance and BS in Accounting.
Denise Schiera has operated two other franchises in the past 22 years. In the operation of aretail business, she was responsible for operations and managed over 40 employees. For thepast 10 years, she also has been a managing partner in a real estate investment company. Priorto that, she worked in marketing and advertising for 15 years. She holds a MBA in ExecutiveManagement and a BS in Marketing.
